To say I have been busy is an understatement. Crazy busy. Stupid busy. I want my life back B-U-S-Y. There is always a transition from the lazy days of summer to back to school, but this is out of control. Soccer practices two days a week, then a game on the weekend. Dance class once a week. My photography class one night a week from 7-10. Teaching Photoshop Elements at my local camera shop the last two Saturdays. Plus open house at my school and a 50th anniversary celebration at Jenna's elementary school, which was my elementary school. I got to see my former principal (yes, he is still alive), as well as some former teachers and former classmates. Also celebrated Bill's birthday. At school I volunteered to start a photography club for students. Why, oh why, do I overextend myself like this?
Also last week I interviewed an amazing photographer from Texas, Matt Nicolosi, who inspired the photoshop technique that will be featured in the October newsletter from Scrap Supply. He was so helpful and generous with his advice and tricks of the trade. I just love his work. You really need to check out the article. It's a fun photographic technique.
It looks like this week is SLIGHTLY less busy than the last two, but with October rolling around it's back to scrapping deadlines. I do not know how I can get everything done that I need to. I need a vacation from my life. Seriously.
Here are a few layouts with some of the new lines from Fancy Pants Designs. Hope you enjoy them!
