Our baby had surgery on her front leg . . . she had a tumor with cancerous cells, and the vet felt that a) she was healthy enough to withstand the surgery, and that b) the cancer was contained in the tumor.
Mind you, this girl has been with us for over 15 years. We had to give it a try.
She's been through a lot . . .
