This spread is using the April kit. I have switched my format to one week per page. It's more manageable for me. Some weeks I add a smaller page if I need to.

This spread I used the May kit.

Scraptastic Layouts - Part 3

Here are two more layouts from the Gale Song and Add-On kits from Scraptastic. The first is using a sketch from the talented Susan Stringfellow. I went out of my comfort zone on this one, but love how it turned out. 

This layout has a totally different look. It's softer. And I used the stencils with some Heidi Swapp modeling paste and ink for the crosses and splatters.

I'm still creating with these kits. They are fabulous!

Scraptastic February Layouts - Part 2

Here are two more layouts using the Sunday Morning Kit and Add-On. I am IN LOVE with these papers, and wanted them to take center stage. I kept the layout pretty simple, as is my way. ;)

I used the exclusive cut file from the kit for the background of this page. I am wishing I knew how to sew on paper (or at all) to make this heart stand out. But alas, no go.

 

Scraptastic February Layouts - Part 1

So I couldn't decide which kit to get this month, so I got both. ;) The Gale Song Kit and Add-On had such gorgeous, soft colors. I just couldn't say no!

But the Sunday Morning Kit and Add-On had my favorite color combo of red, pink, and teal. Had to have it!

Friend Layout

Here is another layout I did with the Scraptastic January Just a Girl Kit and Add-On,  I experimented with a bit of mixed media, using modeling paste on the hearts. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks! Speaking of old dogs, this is from my birthday celebration with my treasured friend.
