Here is my first layout using the January "Just A Girl" main kit and Add-On.
A selfie of Bill and I.
My goal for this month was to use my Cameo more, so I made this heart accent for the page.
Here is some of the detail from the left side of the page.
It was a different color scheme for me, but it was so much fun! Tune in tomorrow for another share!
I did finish one more layout with the kit before putting it all away. I normally don't like to scrapbook Christmas AFTER Christmas, but I had these pics of the girls decorating the trees and I wanted to use them.
I also did two weeks using the "This Life Noted" kit. I have fun using different lines for different weeks. Keeps me from getting bored! And by the way, this marks the end of 4 straight years of doing Project Life. I have no missing weeks in 4 years, but I do have a handful of weeks without journaling. That's easy enough to fix though. I have no plans to change anything for the next year. If it's not broke, don't fix it, and all that. LOL!
Happy 2016 to all! I'm looking forward to another great year.
Here is another layout using the "All I Want for Christmas is You" kit. Are we the only ones who dress up our pooches for Christmas? LOL! Here are two of our girls with antlers.
It's getting closer! I'm so looking forward to the fun of the holidays, and starting some new traditions.
Here is my second layout with the "All I Want for Christmas is You" kit. This was the photo that was going to be on my annual Christmas Card, that I never got around to ordering. LOL!
This kit was such a gorgeous mix of products from Pinkfresh Studios, Elle's Studio, Fancy Pants Designs, and Seven Paper, as well as some kit exclusives. I can see how it sold out!
Are you counting down?
Here is my first layout from the "All I Want For Christmas" kit and add-on.
Over Thanksgiving break my girls and I visited "Bronner's Christmas Store." It really puts you in the Christmas spirit! (One you find a parking spot, of course.)
I built the layout around the Pinkfresh paper and photos, and it came together in a snap!
I added some touches of wood-grain to break up all of the white.
Here is another detail shot.
So are you ready for the big day? I'm getting there!
It's been a fun first month using the November kits from Scraptastic! This is my final layout from the kit. I did quite the number on the kit, AKA killed it! I put the pieces back into my stash in preparation for the December kit! Have you seen the sneaks yet? I can't decide which kit to get . . . maybe that means I need them both. LOL!
Happy Tuesday!
It's been a fun first month using the November kits from Scraptastic! My girls are my world. For reals.
I'll post another tomorrow. Happy Monday!
